How does per-organization pricing work?

Every paid plan is licensed to your organization and includes 3 user seats. Additional seats are 20% of the plan's monthly price each — so a team scales smoothly without per-user list pricing. The free tier is per individual user.

What happens after my free runs are used?

The free tier stays active for browsing the platform and reviewing past projects, with hourly (60-min) simulation and a capped number of model runs, optimizations, and AI queries. Upgrade to any paid suite for unlimited projects and runs.

Is sub-hourly simulation included?

Yes — 15, 20, and 30-minute timesteps are included on every paid plan. The free tier runs at an hourly (60-minute) timestep.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from within the app at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing saves you roughly 17% versus paying monthly (you pay for ten months instead of twelve). Switch to the Annual tab to see the yearly price.

Do you offer academic or nonprofit discounts?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for verified academic institutions and qualifying nonprofits. Contact sales for details.

What is the RateAcuity Live Tariffs add-on?

RateAcuity is a live utility tariff lookup service for the US and Canada (electric and natural gas). It pulls real, current rate schedules directly from utility filings so your TEA reflects today's tariff structure rather than estimates. The add-on is $50/month and includes 10 live pulls; additional pulls are $10 each, and same-day repeat pulls are free for 24 hours. Saved tariffs become reusable across all your projects.

Do I need a paid plan to add RateAcuity?

Yes. RateAcuity is a premium add-on that stacks on top of any paid base plan (any suite or Full Platform). It is billed monthly only — there is no annual option for the add-on.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice. All pricing is in USD and automatically converted to 75+ currencies for international projects.
